She studied in London’s fashionable Knightsbridge area as well as Amsterdam, Tokyo and Bejing. Her gift is developing small urban landscapes that reflect the many styles of her clients.

“I contacted Joanne in the middle of May to install window boxes on my front balcony. Joanne came to my house with design boards and photos of her work. Joanne was very knowledgable about the type of plants and flowers that would work best with my schedule (professional and personal) and the location of my condo. Joanne suggested flowers and plants that would flourish with my west facing juliette balcony and east facing balcony unit. In addition to her floral expertise, Joanne assisted in finding and staging the outdoor furniture and accessories. After completing the job in June, Joanne called me this week to say that she had recently driven by my home and saw that my flowers (in the window box) had not grown as she had expected. Joanne offered to come by and replace the flowers… free of charge. That is what I call customer service!
